Confess Your Stress!
What you told us at Walsall WellBeing Festival at the New Art Gallery October 2010

Once again at our stand at the Festival we featured "Confess Your Stress" - an invitation to jot down something you find stressful, and add it to our display. Here, in no particular order, is what you said:"Confess Your Stress" Post-Its

Not being able to do a proper job at work without outside influences.

Balancing work and home life with the role of a carer!

Waiting 7 weeks for my new cooker!

People having a go at me for nothing and people talking about me behind my back.

Shopping trolleys that cut across my path - people without manners.

Because I had to move the stand!

Lots of very bad habits and lack of money is the bane of my life - I worry for my loved ones.

I worry about my daddy because he does not live with me and mummy (From Freija, age 6)

Cold, because I had to stand outside and wasn't allowed in.

Being late and disorganised.

Too much to do at the same time because they set us homework to do like loads every week!!!

Work Too much work and not enough time!
