| Confess Your Stress! At our stand at this year's WellBeing Festival we featured "Confess Your Stress" - an invitation to jot down something you find stressful, and add it to our display. Here, in no particular order, is what you said: Work When people don't listen. Girls Feeling I have too much to do in too little time Work, unachievable targets, unhelpful people!! School - x Not enough time Work, money stresses! So tired all the time! x When everything happens all at once. Homework! School & GCSEs Too much pressure in the family especially the little one Having too much to do My Mom Managing with little money. Bereavement My Job. My Husband. My Kids. My Car. School! People who don't do what they say they will. The environment -Litter, lack of respect for people and places. Sister! Taking on too much at one time School Traffic & road works. A husband who dislikes gardening. 'Experts' who assume no-one but themselves is capable of intelligent thought. Homework All the tests I have at school and the arguing.
